You need to know the theory very well- it's not really an exam big on configuration, more on understanding how/why things work. Study hard and take it when you know you're ready. For what it's worth, I didn't lab at all prior to the written exam (except a tiny bit, to understand some multicast concepts). Best of luck to you!
