Hey everyone. My name is Mike, otherwise known as the “sarge”. No, I’m not a CCIE. I am a CCNP. I developed this site with the intentions to be a self-study/teaching site, and the idea behind “SGT CCIE” being that I’m whipping myself into shape to pass the CCIE. I have been involved in computers in some shape or form for about 8 years, and got into networking about 4 years ago. I love my job, and thoroughly enjoy learning new things. I created this blog as a way to further my own education, while simultaneously teaching others. I am 25 years old, and currently live in South Florida. I am happily married, and have a 4 year old daughter, an twin newborn girls. I definitely keep busy! Although I feel blessed with what I have, I always try to move forward and strive to be the best. When I’m not working on this blog or studying, I’m either at work, taking photo’s somewhere, or spending time with my family. Anyways, that’s about it!
